    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using CLWB ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    CLWB is a feedback collection and management platform designed for gym owners and fitness facilities. The Service allows users to collect, manage, and analyze customer feedback through QR codes, custom forms, and a centralized dashboard.

    3. Beta Program

    The Service is currently in a beta testing phase and is offered free of charge. During this period, features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice. We do not guarantee uptime or availability during the beta phase.

    4. User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
    • Upload malicious content or code
    • Collect personal data of other users without consent

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CLWB and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit through the Service.

    7. Data and Content

    You are responsible for the data and content you submit through the Service. By submitting feedback data, you represent that you have the right to collect and process such data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLWB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. During the beta period, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

    9. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
